Absolutley Fabulous with Okanagan Wines!

If you love Belgian chocolate you'll go mad over my new Okanagan Fruit and Almond Bark.  I carefully melt high-quality white, milk or dark Callebaut chocolate and blend in increasingly scarce Okanagan fruits. Because plain roasted almonds would never do, I make my own candied almonds.

Perhaps you've grown tired of giving your loved ones gifts made thousands of miles away with a multitude of unregulated ingredients. My chocolate bark contains only the most beautiful dried Okanagan cherries you have ever had the good fortune to taste.

 

 

 

1) Okanagan cherries and white chocolate
Envision the sensation of a buttery piece of Belgian white chocolate, and then imagine the delicious crunch of the candied almonds and the sweetness and flavour of the Okanagan Bing cherries.  It’s absolutely beautiful to look at, too.

2) Okanagan cherries with dark chocolate and spiced almonds
I don’t think anyone disputes the magnificence of pairing ripe, dried Bing cherries and dark chocolate. To bring out these beautiful flavours, I added sea salt and red pepper flakes to the buttery and sweet candied almonds.


3) Okanagan cherries with milk chocolate and candied almonds
I use the same spiced nuts as above and add them to Belgian milk chocolate and of course add the lovely cherries. This should probably be illegal because it's hard to stop at one pound.
