Meet the Baker

MoniI’ve been baking Christmas cakes, cookies and other delights for 30 years. When I began to make and give away my Christmas cake, people would tell me that it was the best fruitcake they had ever eaten. My sister-in-law said she had to hide the last of it from my niece. The kids’ music teacher hid her last piece in the back of the fridge until her adult daughter had returned to school. It became an obsession, so I thought, why not share this ambrosia with everyone?
